Journey through a bleak and dangerous place by scaling a mysterious and dark mountain as you try not to freeze…

 

Game Mechanics

Your goal is to climb to the top of the mountain and survive the cold. Move your mouse to control the pickaxe. To switch hands and pull yourself up, left click the mouse.

 

Art Direction

This game is intended to have simple and elegant charm that gives the player a tense, yet hopeful feeling. The monochromatic background and the limited use of bright colors are used to create a sense of a desolate place.

 

Sound Design

The mountaineer’s story is told through the composure of a dreary and uplifting sound design as well as the challenging game mechanic of moving quickly enough to fight the chilling weather.
